The enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, the website securely records your name, email address, selected area of interest and message so that the Koden team can follow up. The form also records the submission time, consent and internal status. Please do not send identity numbers, banking details or financial documents through this form.
Spam and security controls
The form uses a hidden spam field, a minimum completion time and rate-limiting. A one-way technical fingerprint may be used to limit repeated submissions without saving the visitor’s raw network address in the enquiry record.
Why the information is used
The submitted details are used to review and respond to your enquiry, keep an appropriate record of the conversation and protect the service from misuse. Submitting the form does not establish an adviser-client relationship or authorise financial advice.
Website technology
This website does not include marketing analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process essential technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep an appropriate record of the conversation and meet applicable obligations. You may contact Koden to ask about an enquiry record, request a correction or raise a privacy question.
