WHO PROVIDES THE CREDIT
Loans come from Legac Finance, not from Koden.
Koden does not lend money. Legac Finance (Pty) Ltd is a registered credit provider (NCRCP22478). It assesses every application, provides every loan and manages every repayment. Koden’s part is the Bonus Bash rewards that come with each qualifying loan.

HOW IT WORKS FOR A MEMBER
From first word to final repayment.
Four simple steps. The member deals directly with Legac Finance for the loan, and with Koden for the rewards.

They hear about it.
Members learn about the programme through their organisation, using material the organisation has approved.

They apply to Legac.
Each member applies directly to Legac Finance, which shows every cost in full before anything is signed.

Bonus Bash switches on.
After an affordability check the loan is paid out, and the member’s Bonus Bash rewards start automatically.

They repay Legac.
Repayments go straight to Legac Finance. The rewards continue for as long as the loan runs.

Organisations stay free to work with other providers. There is no exclusivity.
